Exchanging an Order

  • Review Before Purchase: Confirm details like size, design, and quantity before completing your order. Due to rapid processing, changes to orders post-placement are limited.
  • Cancellation Window: A 6-hour period after ordering is available for cancellations or corrections. Contact us for assistance within this timeframe.

Canceling an Order

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
  • Processing and Shipping Limitations: If this window is missed, the order may already be in processing or shipping, restricting cancellation ability.
  • Cancellation Fee: There’s a 10% fee of the total order value for cancellations. Email support@mycomfi.com to initiate.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Period: Items are returnable within 30 days of delivery. Beyond this, orders are final, and refunds are not available.

Eligibility Conditions for Returns

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Discrepancies in design, size, material, or product description.
  • Incorrect product shipped.

Return Condition Guidelines

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • No wear, washing, or alterations.
  • Free of damage, except if our fault.
  • Original tags attached.
  • Minor fixable issues are not returnable.

Documentation for Returns

  • Shipping receipt/label, proof of purchase, evidence of defects, and relevant email screenshots.

Return and Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers bear return shipping expenses, which are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Allow 2 business days post-return receipt for refund processing. Notification via email will be sent once initiated.
  • Refunds appear within 10-15 days, varying by card issuer.
